Introducing — “My Profile” —
What is “My Profile?”
“My Profile” is a clickable tab located at the top of the member directory screen.
“My Profile” enables members to quickly and easily access their personal member information.
“My Profile” eliminates the need for members to search through the directory to find their personal member information.
How does “My Profile” work?
In order to see the “My Profile” tab members must log into the directory using their personal username & password. Once logged into the directory, members will see the “My Profile” tab at the top of the page.
What happens after a member clicks on “My Profile?”
Clicking on the “My Profile” tab will immediately direct members to their personal profile. From there, users can quickly and easily update their member information and photos.
Is “My Profile” available to every church and every church member?
“My Profile” is available to all churches that allow users to make changes to their personal and family profiles.
“My Profile” is available to church members if:
a.Their church allows members to make changes to personal and family profiles
b.The member has a personal username and password and logs into the directory using that personal username and
password.
c.“My Profile” is not available to members who log in using the Privacy Key
d.“My Profile” is not available on the mobile app.
