How does the free trial work?
Your free trial directory is a real, live version of our software, custom designed for your organization. No charges are incurred until your trial is over. If you subscribe, you will continue to use the same directory.
Is my information secure?
What do I need to get started?
You will be asked for your name and contact information, and the name and website of your church. If no website is available, provide the church’s name and address.
What happens when the free trial has ended?
You will receive an invoice by email at the conclusion of your free trial period. Since we don’t require payment information to start a trial, you don’t have to worry about unexpected charges appearing on your credit card. To subscribe, simply pay your invoice. If you’d like to cancel, just let us know. If you need additional time to test the directory, we can extend your free trial period a bit longer.
Why are you asking for my church's information to start a free trial?
We need your church’s information in order to create your directory’s unique URL. All communication will go through you during your free trial period. We will not contact your organization directly.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. When your free trial period ends, you are under no obligation to continue. You can cancel a paid subscription at any time. Cancellations will become effective at the end of your current billing period.
