How can I view my new calendar?
In your directory's main navigation, alongside Members, Families and Groups. Every member sees it as soon as they sign in.

Can the birthday display be hidden if needed?
Yes, each member has the option to show/hide their birthday on the shared calendar, and all birthdays can be turned off calendar-wide if your organization doesn't want to display birthdays at all.
Who is allowed to add events?
Your Organization administrators. Everyone else in the directory can see the calendar but cannot change it.
